Over the past few weeks, we have received many kind messages celebrating 25 years of Hance Construction. Your congratulations and support mean a great deal to our entire team.  Milestones like this give us a moment to reflect on where we started and where we are headed.

Today, we are ready to share an important update.


A New Name with a Clearer Focus

Effective January 1, 2026, Hance Construction, Inc. has officially transitioned to Hance Building Solutions. This change reflects a natural shift in how we serve our clients and where we provide the greatest value today.
With over 30 years in commercial construction, we continue using our hands‑on experience earned across a wide range of commercial projects. Each one strengthened our technical knowledge and reinforced the importance of clear communication, smart planning, and strong relationships. 

A More Focused Set of Services Built Around Early Decisions

Hance Building Solutions brings a more focused set of services designed to support clients before construction begins, when decisions have the greatest impact. Our work centers on helping owners, developers, and construction partners identify the most cost‑effective solutions for their projects through thoughtful pre‑construction planning and value engineering.


Our consulting support includes:

Continuing Leadership in Metal Building Solutions

Our commitment to metal building systems remains strong. We continue to lead in Butler® metal building solutions and to educate owners and the design community on the advantages Butler Manufacturing™ systems. We also continue working closely with a select group of General Contractors and Construction Managers to support tailored construction services providing the Butler solutions we have become known for.
We remain actively involved in metal building projects, and that expertise continues to shape our approach and recommendations.
